Achieving B Corp

We’re currently supporting purposeful branding agency Marsden_Mee through the B Corp certification process. Undertaking a review of the agency’s current B Lab assessment, we have been guiding the directors through the assessment process, and providing advice to improve the sustainability of their business practices across all five pillars. We’ve also worked closely with Marsden_Mee to tailor policies and standards that are required of a B Corp business.

Project Management

Canal and River Trust Environment

We’re managing an Environmental Appraisal Refresh update project on behalf of The Canal and River Trust. Blending project management and environmental consulting experience together we are able to effectively manage this project, including managing Trust staff and third party contractors, to time, cost and quality.

Purpose, Impact & Sustainability Strategy

We worked with Swoop, a travel agency specialising in trips to Patagonia, Antarctica and the Arctic, to craft its Purpose, Impact and Sustainability Strategy. We worked together to define ambitions for being a sustainable and positively impactful company, creating achievable but ambitious goals the for next 5 years. Working in-house closely with internal teams including Operations, Strategy, People & Culture and Finance, we created a 12 month plan, made publicly available through the first Swoop Impact Report. At the same time, we led Swoop through the rigorous B Corp certification process, from kick-off to successful completion within 8 months. We collaborated closely with each team to assess the current baseline across People, Environment, Customers, Governance and Community, and we put measures in place to improve these areas in a sustainable way.
