Earth+Us is owned and run by me, Philippa Marsden - hello, how are you?
I’ve had a fairly eclectic career as an officer in the British Army, a consultant in Australia and in the Defence industry back in the UK. Working in organisations of all sizes, I’ve seen first-hand the opportunities for business to do better - for people and for the planet. Business as usual is just not sustainable - but it can be.
I’ve always felt deeply connected to the natural world and about 10 years ago I decided to focus my energy on sustainable business. My passion for purposeful business has only grown since then, fuelled by my experiences supporting a range of companies and organisations with sustainability initiatives.
Earth+Us is founded on the belief that nature is at the heart of everything and that business has a huge role to play in helping nature to thrive.
Earth+Us was born in 2023 to make meaningful change happen for people and planet.
